I'm focusing intensely on teaching and learning at the moment, in my sweet home in Western North Carolina.

 

I am thrilled to be teaching ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop to dancers ages 4-17; teaching them and learning from them is always the highlight of my day. I have also returned to the college classroom, studying health, psychology, anatomy, and physiology as I pursue a path of uniting dance and movement with physical and mental health. This is something I have become very passionate about over the course of my performance career, and I am truly so excited to see where this journey takes me!​
